At Pats Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Pats Games account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn apparel and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags are firmly attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
